What we can help with
Write to us about any of these and we will do something about it:
- A research claim you think is wrong. This is the one we most want to hear about. Send us the page and, if you have it, the paper. We have corrected claims across the whole site before after checking them properly, and we will do it again.
- A trait description that does not fit its own questions. Four archetype names on this site have already been rewritten because they claimed a capability the statements behind them did not actually measure. It is a real category, not a polite invitation.
- A mistake in a test, an article or a result page — a typo, a broken link, a number that looks wrong.
- Something on the site is broken. Telling us which page you were on and what you were doing makes it far easier to fix.
- Anything about your data, or a question about our privacy or cookie policies.
What we cannot help with
We would rather say so plainly than leave you waiting for a reply that was never going to help.
- We cannot look up your result. Your answers never reach us. They are saved in your own browser and nowhere else, so if you clear your browsing data or move to another device they are gone, and there is nothing on our side to recover. Taking a test again takes a few minutes.
- We cannot interpret your result for you personally. Every trait has an article that goes as far as the evidence honestly goes, and we cannot go further than that in an email.
- We are not clinicians. Nothing here is a diagnosis or an assessment. If you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, or anything else that is affecting your daily life, please talk to your doctor — that is a genuinely different question from where a short scale happens to put you.
- We cannot support hiring decisions. We do not produce screening reports, and we would not recommend these tests for selection at all.
